The Bruker VERTEX 70 FTIR system, coupled with the Hyperion 1000 IR microscope (manual xy-stage, 15× IR objective), enables both transmission and reflectance measurements with a spatial resolution down to 20 µm. The instrument provides spectral coverage from mid-infrared (MIR) to near-infrared (NIR), spanning 400 – 12,000 cm⁻¹.
