The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) has elevated Professor Xiuling Li to the status of IEEE Fellow for her contributions to semiconductor nanomaterials for electronic and photonic applications.

As a trusted “voice” for engineering, computing, and technology information around the world, the status of IEEE Fellow is only bestowed upon its members whose extraordinary record of accomplishments meet their prestigious standards. The MRL community congratulates Professor Li’s exemplary research and efforts.
